PGA West
Established around 1986, PGA West built the Stadium course first. Surrounding the course, you can choose from attached condominiums to custom estate homes. Each course offers a different challenge. PGA West offers great investment opportunities, as it is a resort destination. With 6 courses to choose from and many resort amenities from tennis to community pools, the 3 public courses attract people from all over the globe. Condominiums start in the low $300,000s for around 1200 square feet to well over $2,600,000 for an elegantly appointed custom home. When completed, PGA West will have over 3000 homes total. PGA West is no longer at the end of the world as when first developed, there was nothing out that way in La Quinta. Now, La Quinta is thriving and growing by leaps and bounds. There is truly something for everyone in PGA West.
